DESCRIPTION:Setting 2020 Leadership Goals: Sharpening Your Focus to Add Increased Value\n\n\n\nNearly half of all leadership transitions fail.  To make matters worse\, many leaders do not get the development and support they need to be successful as they advance within an organization.  What is required for success changes at each leadership level\, and prioritizing how a leader spends his or her time is critical.\n\n\n\nLeaders can get caught up in day-to-day activities and decisions\, which ultimately minimizes their value\, and in the process can create mistrust\, disengagement\, and ultimately delivers poor results to the business.  In this session\, participants will:\n\n	Gain insight to the various passages of leadership and understand how each level adds value to an organization\n	Discover common barriers to leadership success that can delay or prevent desired results\n	Identify strategies to empower and motivate others\, and leverage available resources\n	Establish goals to improve individual leadership capabilities and deliver improved results\n\n About Our Speaker\n\n\n\nKathy is a consultant and executive coach who supports clients to improve organizational performance\; providing solutions at the individual\, team and organizational levels.
