DESCRIPTION:Business Showcase with RPM International\n\n\n\nWe are excited to showcase RPM as our Business Spotlight!  RPM International Inc. is a $5.5 billion\, multinational company with subsidiaries that are world leaders in specialty coatings\, sealants\, building materials and related services. Frank Sullivan founded RPM (Republic Powdered Metals) in 1947.   From the beginning\, Frank held the belief that the success of his business would be driven by the people behind it.   His philosophy was  "hire the best people you can find.  Create an atmosphere that will keep them.  Then let them do their jobs" is one that RPM still operates under to this day.  \n\nWe are honored to have Rusty Gordon\, vice president and chief financial officer speak to us about RPM's long history and company's growth.   Rusty was elected vice president and chief financial officer in April 2012. Mr. Gordon joined RPM as director of corporate development in 1995 and was elected vice president of corporate planning in October 2007. Tammy Zollner\, Senior Director - Corporate Communications and Andrew Kubena\, Manager of Financial Reporting will also be speaking.\n\n\n\nPlease join us on September 15 for our first in person member meeting to learn more about RPM and their strong history!\n\n\n\nIt has been suggested that with the rise in Covid cases in Medina County\, that a face mask be worn at the meeting - we will have them available at the registration table on Wednesday.
