Please join us for a Fall After Hours Social at Divine at Plum Creek (formerly Plum Creek Assisted Living.) 

Hosted on their beautiful back patio, we will enjoy some live music, food and drinks outside for a beautiful Fall evening.
 

Plum Creek's dining services will prepare a portion of our meal, and Chef Cheyenne Nichols from Hell's Kitchen and owner of Finest Cravings! will also showcase her culinary skills with the remaining portion of our meal.
