NMCCA Membership Meeting-"Rethinking Work-Life Balance: From Burnout to Better Work"

Monthly Lunch Sponsor:
Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities

Are you balancing work and life—or just trying to keep up?

Join us for our September Member Meeting as we tackle a topic that so many of us struggle with: Work-Life Balance.

Between work, family, responsibilities, emails, meetings, and everything else competing for our attention, it can be difficult to find a balance that actually feels healthy and sustainable.

Rethinking Work-Life Balance: From Burnout to Better Work will look beyond simply telling us to “manage our time better” and explore practical ways both employees and employers can create healthier boundaries and a better approach to work and life.

We’ll talk about the real cost of an out-of-balance workforce, what employees and employers need from one another, and three ways we can move toward a healthier, more sustainable way of working.

If you’ve ever felt like there simply aren’t enough hours in the day—or that work has a way of following you home—this conversation is for you!

Join us at Plum Creek Assisted Living for a great lunch sponsored by Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, meaningful conversation, and some practical ideas we can all use to bring a little more balance back into our lives.
