With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, higher education administration, organizational learning, and business coaching, I design customized leadership programs aligned with each organization’s culture, goals, and future needs.
My approach is grounded in the belief that leadership is an activity—not a position. Through practical tools, evidence-based practices, and engaging learning experiences, I help develop confident, adaptable leaders who can lead through change and create lasting impact.
After designing and leading one of Northeast Ohio’s premier community leadership programs and helping develop more than 200 leaders, I founded Leadership in Action to bring customized leadership development, coaching, and facilitation directly to organizations committed to investing in their people and putting leadership into action every day.
