2010 Turkey Burner Family Wellness Run
A 5k run will be held at the Hinokley Reservation in Hinokley, Ohio on Thanksgiving day. Register in advance ($20/person) at www.active.com or on the day of the event ($25/person). The event is for all ages and awards will be given for age categories and special groups:
Mother & Child, Father & Child, Groups of 2 w/ combined age of 80+, Grandparents w/Grandchild, Family: Mother, Father, & 1 Child, and Best Dressed Turkey!
Registration opens at 7:30AM on the day of the event, or pick up your registration early on November 24 at the American Red Cross from 8:30AM-4:30PM.
The Family Turkey Hunt starts at 8:30AM and will include a scavenger hunt for prizes as well as a fun hike! Cost is $20/family.
Proceeds from the Family Turkey Hunt and 5k will help local house and apartment fire victims.
